Find the nearest Automated External Defibrillator. In cardiac arrest, every minute without defibrillation reduces survival by 7-10%.
🚨 If someone is in cardiac arrest, call 911 FIRST
Then start CPR (100-120 compressions/min) and send someone to grab the nearest AED.
CPR Quick Reference
1. Check & Call
Check for responsiveness. Call 911 (or send someone). Get the AED.
2. Push Hard & Fast
Center of chest. 2+ inches deep. 100-120/min. Let chest fully recoil. 30 compressions : 2 breaths.
3. Use the AED
Turn on. Follow voice prompts. Attach pads. Stand clear. Shock if advised. Resume CPR immediately after shock.
